The names and logos of Google, Facebook and Instagram belong to their owners and only indicate which sites are meant. MYIDENTITA.COM is not their partner. We have no direct connection to Google, Facebook or Instagram; their public pages can only appear in web search results.

Your digital footprint – first results
The full report needs a free account with a verified e-mail. After verification you will find it in your profile and we will e-mail it to you.
A finding is not proof of identity misuse or certainty that it concerns you. Please check each source yourself. The check is indicative and is not legal advice.
What the service covers
Six areas of your digital identity
For each area we state what actually works today. We do not present unconnected sources as finished.
Mentions of you
Find out where your name, handle or company appears.
Today: posts in MYIDENTITA.COMFake profiles
We alert you to accounts with the same name. You decide whether they concern you.
Today: name match inside the appPhoto misuse
We compare your photo with other saved photos. Searching the internet is not available yet.
Today: file match inside the appPublic registers
ARES, news RSS feeds and public websites are really read. The insolvency register, the commercial register, the register of contracts and search engines without an API are not connected yet, and we label them that way.
NOT CONNECTEDAlerts
You will see new findings and reasons to check in your dashboard.
Today: in the dashboardPrivacy control
You decide what is monitored. For every finding you decide whether it concerns you.
AvailableA match of a name or file is a reason to check, not proof of identity misuse. We confirm nothing on your behalf.
Process
How the service works
The account is free. Paid continuous monitoring is not on sale yet and cannot be ordered.
- 1
Create an account.
Name, email, password and consent. The account is stored in PostgreSQL.
- 2
Verify your email and set up monitoring.
Former names, handles and your own companies. You confirm that they concern you or a person you act for.
- 3
Run a check.
Only connected sources are searched. A source that is not connected stays empty and is labelled that way.
- 4
Decide about the findings.
For each finding you choose “This is me” or “This is not me”.
- 5
Follow the alerts.
For now in the dashboard. Email will follow once mail is configured.
Privacy
Privacy protection
You monitor only yourself. We do not monitor other people in bulk, and we minimise data.
Passwords and sessions
The password is stored as a bcrypt hash. Sign-in is held by an httpOnly cookie.
Separated accounts
Findings, photos and settings are visible only to the account they belong to.
Nothing is confirmed automatically
A match is not proof. You mark findings yourself and nothing is deleted automatically.
Deletion and retention
You can delete your account and data. Operational records have a defined retention period.
Transparency
Data sources
The status comes from the server configuration. A source is CONNECTED only when it really works. All others are NOT CONNECTED.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do you search for other people?
No. Searching uses only the names, handles and companies saved with the signed-in account. It is not a tool for mass monitoring of other people.
Do results come from the whole internet?
Not yet. Today we search only the posts stored in MYIDENTITA.COM. Other sources are shown as NOT CONNECTED until they are actually connected and tested.
Is a name match identity misuse?
No. The same name or the same photo file is a reason to check. Only you confirm whether a finding concerns you, and even then it is not proof of misuse by itself.
Where is the password stored?
In PostgreSQL as a bcrypt hash. Nobody can read the password, not even the administrator.
Is the service free?
The account is free. Paid continuous monitoring does not exist yet and cannot be ordered.
What does the AI assistant do?
Once the OpenAI API is connected, it explains a saved finding and suggests cautious steps. The output is labelled as an automated analysis and never claims that misuse has occurred. Without a key the module is NOT CONNECTED.

About the service
MYIDENTITA.COM is an overview of your own public digital footprint. A name match is not proof of identity misuse. The legal texts are drafts to be reviewed before publication.
